Algemene Voorwaarden voor deelname aan het RIN
Deelname aan het RIN netwerk is uitsluitend voorbehouden aan HR en C&B employees, die actief zijn in de administratieve begeleiding van de internationale employees binnen hun eigen organisatie.
Deelnemers zijn in principe bereid praktische informatie te delen, zonder daarbij hun werkgever op enigerlei wijze schade te berokkenen.
Op geen enkele wijze zal vertrouwelijke informatie en/of informatie, die niet naar buiten mag worden gebracht, mogen worden gevraagd of verstrekt.
Informatie die door de deelnemers wordt gedeeld blijft te allen tijde vertrouwelijk en mag, zonder uitzondering, niet worden gepubliceerd of voor commerciële doeleinden worden gebruikt.
Indien de mogelijkheden daarvoor aanwezig zijn en onder voorbehoud van toestemming van de werkgever verklaren de deelnemers zich bereid om minimaal 1 keer in de vijf jaar kosteloos als gastheer/gastvrouw voor een vergadering op te treden. Dit biedt de mogelijkheid om de andere deelnemers kennis te laten maken met jouw bedrijf of organisatie waarvan, op een acceptabele wijze, optimaal gebruik mag worden gemaakt.
Voor deelname aan het RIN wordt een bescheiden jaarlijkse bijdrage gevraagd, ter dekking van o.m. de kosten voor het beheer en onderhoud van de website, de organisatie en andere lopende kosten.
Deelname aan het RIN is vrijblijvend, niet gebonden aan andere voorwaarden dan hiervoor beschreven en op elk gewenst tijdstip beëindigbaar.
Opzegging dient schriftelijk te gebeuren.
General Conditions for participation in RIN
Participation in the RIN network is exclusively reserved for HR and C&B employees that are active in the administrative guidance of the international employees within their own organization.
Participants are in principle prepared to share practical information, without in any way possible, harming the interests of their employer.
Participants are, by no means, allowed to request or provide any confidential information that may not be published or distributed. RIN discourages any such actions and will not take any responsibility for violations.
Information shared by the participants, remains confidential and, without exception, may not be published or used for commercial purposes.
If the opportunity exists and subject to the approval of the employer, participants must be prepared to host at least one meeting every five years and free of charge. This offers the possibility for the other participants to get acquainted with your business and/or organization which, in an acceptable way, may be optimally used.
Participants will be requested a modest yearly fee, in order to cover the costs of managing and maintaining the website, the organization and other running costs.
Participation in RIN is without any further obligations, not tied to other conditions than those described above and may be terminated at any given time.
Cancellation must be done in writing.

Het RIN netwerk, hierna te noemen RIN, gebruikt de door u ingevoerde persoonlijke gegevens (en pasfoto(s) behorend bij uw profielomschrijving) bij het uitvoeren van haar doelstelling. Door gebruik te maken van de diensten van het RIN stemt u in met de verwerking hiervan.

Doelstelling RIN
De doelstelling van het RIN is de belangenbehartiging van de geregistreerde netwerk deelnemers, overeenkomstig de onderling overeengekomen activiteiten.
Bewaartermijn persoonsgegevens.
het RIN bewaart uw persoonsgegevens niet langer dan strikt nodig is voor de doelstelling van het netwerk. Uw gegevens worden bewaard zolang u geregistreerd deelnemer bent van het RIN. Na opzegging van uw deelname worden uw persoonsgegevens meteen verwijderd.
Delen met anderen.
Uw persoonsgegevens worden vertrouwelijk behandeld en zullen uitsluitend intern door het RIN worden gebruikt. Uw gegevens zijn uitsluitend toegankelijk voor de geregistreerde deelnemers en zullen door het RIN bestuur nooit, zonder uw toestemming, aan derden worden verstrekt.
Uw privacy rechten.
U heeft t.a.t. het recht om uw persoonsgegevens in te zien en te wijzigen. U hebt inzage in uw persoonlijke gegevens op de website. Hier heeft u ook de mogelijkheid om zelfstandig uw gegevens te wijzigen. Verwijdering kan alleen door beëindiging van uw deelname aan het netwerk.

Beveiligen.
Het RIN neemt de bescherming van uw gegevens serieus en neemt passende maatregelen om misbruik, verlies, onbevoegde toegang, ongewenste openbaarmaking en ongeoorloofde wijzigingen tegen te gaan. De inhoud van de RIN website is beveiligd met een SSL Certificaat.
